Americans are not being served by government, they are being targeted

Instead of a government dedicated to serving American citizens we are now facing a "government-gone-wild". Daily, our government is growing more and more hostilte to the will and intent of its citizens. Recent participants at town hall meetings have been vilified by the government. People opposed to the direction our government is headed have been branded as NAZIs, tea baggers, right wing extremists and (of course) angry mobs... which led to the name of this site. The White House even tested the water in regards to creating an email address where pro-administration cronies could forward information about people who disagreed with government policy. This has supposedly been discontinued, but how far can we trust an administration that would weigh such and idea in the first place?

To retain power both parties divide in order to conquer

Republicans preach about abortion and the 2nd Amendment. Democrats rant about social ills, scream for abortion rights, would like to restrict ownership of firearms. Each party has its key issues that they hold up to attract voters. They are issues that divide us as Americans. They are important issues but does either party really represent every proponent of a single issue? Does anything really change, regardless of the party that is in power?

The country is pretty much divided right down the middle, roughly 50% identify with the Democrat party's plank, 50% identify with the Republican party's plank. We are divided and there is no room for a 3rd party with the current 50:50 split. The right leaning people always vote Republican lest those evil Democrats get elected. The left leaning American's make sure to vote Democrat lest the evil Republicans win the vote. Voting for a third party is considered too risky because it might assist with a Republican or Democrat win. How many times have you heard someone say "I would vote Independent but it would be like throwing my vote away."? By allowing ourselves to be manipulated into thinking that way we ensure that the Republican and Democrat parties maintain control of our government.

Most of us sit in one of two camps that fly either a Democrat or Republican flag and bicker to the inth degree over abortion, firearms, gay marriage etc. while our nation is being pillaged by the two parties. It is time to come together as a group and throw these pirates out of power. We can disagree on issues without division. We have to become ONE MOB, if we hope to take our government back from the Republican and Democrat parties.

Our government, which has been hijacked by the Republican and Democrat parties, has pillaged our nation to the point of bankruptcy. America is so far in debt that we might as well be bankrupt. At the rate that our government keeps unabatedly piling up debt Americans will be unable to pay it all off for several generations. This generation of Americans is bankrupt and our government is working towards bankrupting our children and their children.

We are being billed for bailouts. The Republicans and Democrats stuck us with a bank bailout in the latter days of the Bush Jr administration. Obama and his team then stuck us with the infamous Porkulous bill. They called it a bailout but it was primarily a bill that passed out borrowed money to the friends and cronies of the current congress and White House administration.

As I stated, the money is borrowed. America is operating in the red. Any extra monies spent are loaned to us from the Chinese and other foreign powers. Our government is borrowing money in our name that we cannot afford to pay back. To better picture what is happening, imagine giving your kids a Power of Attorney that lets them go out and run up debt in your name. Just think of the great things they could finance! The thought probably makes you laugh (or shudder) but it is exactly what the Democrats and Republicans are doing to the American tax-payer. The government is their Power of Attorney and they are using it to destroy us financially and to destroy the American Dream for our children.

Both parties are to blame

We had a decade of Republican control of government. The Republicans spent like drunken sailors, refused to address the immigration crisis and massively increased the size of government. We have had less then a year of Democrats controlling the government and they have doubled the national debt, printed money to the point of doing permanent damage to the value of the dollar, taken control of GM and Chrysler (borrowing money in our name to make it happen), pushed Cap and Trade (which will increase taxes on all Americans), and , against the will of the majority of Americans, is hell-bent on taking over America's healthcare industry. We can't afford it, but no matter to the Democrats and Republicans, they will just borrow more money in our name to finance a federal healthcare plan.

Both parties wish to maintain the status quo

A revolution is needed to throw these blood-suckers out of Washington. There are people who are mad enough to advocate armed rebellion, but there are things we can try before coming to that. The first thing that Americans can do is vote everyone in Washington (regardless of party) out of office. Career politicians are mainly to blame for the mess that our country has become. We need to elect people who are real reformers. But as we look for such people we should make it a point to vote against every incumbent (regardless of party). I understand that there are some good people in congress (very few in my humble opinion) but they too should go. They have been tainted by the current system. We need new people in congress that know nothing about the ways that the current scoundrels have devised to circumvent the vision that our founding fathers envisioned for congress.

If we replace massive amounts of congress people during the next three election cycles we can change the face of congress. This is the first step that is needed in order to take our country back from the two political parties that have hijacked control of it.

Operating as a MOB we can stand against the Democrat and Republican parties and force the beast to give us back our country. It all starts with destroying the powerful crooks that have filled the halls of congress over the last few decades.
